

Healing starts with friendships. And working one on one is the answer. Paring people who have the same interests like gardening or art is the answer.

We’re going on a march to ‘flip’ a fast food restaurant. Local grown food is a human right.

Flip is when the managers and owners at a restaurant and decide that locally grown food is better for the communities, the environment, and mental health.

Food sovereignty is a human right. Gardens should be available to everyone who wants to work outside in this economy.

We need to change the economy, lets volunteer and take care of the earth.

Meditation can help bring us together in better ways. Mediation helps us to find inner peace, and help one another.

How are we going to know if people with mental illness can be healed if we don’t try to volunteer?

We need to help people in other countries, who may be chopping down the rainforest.

Many people cannot find work in this economy.

There are many people that need a place to go to get out of their situation, and relocation at our state parks is the best answer.

Right now our culture is dived. We need to reach out to others. Working with others in the garden is a start to creating a more loving environment.

There so much spiritual work that can be done it may seem depressing. One heals one two heals for and heals eight and so on.

Why does mental illness exist side by side with people who are healthy. We need equality.

Gardens have many health benefits that we can focus on.

Sometime healing the environment will heal the person.

Getting healed is one step forward to healing the environment.

We have to water the seeds of compassion in one another. This is what is most important.

When we feel that connection to earth, we feel that desire to help the earth.

Healing others does not start in the city it starts in the country. Their are to many problems in the city. To many ways to get into trouble.

We need a group of people, who are healthy and also are stewards of the environment. This is how we heal others who may need a friend. The more groups we create the more environment we save and the more people we help and so on.

We need to focus on healing others, and become “one” in our compassion. “All religions come from the same source.
